2001 Tacoma front diff. leaking bad out vent?

I was wondering if anybody could help me. My 2001 Tacoma is leaking out the vent of the front differential when I drive over 55 mph. It starts to make noise until I refill it again. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

front axle output seal maybe?
