2000 Tacoma Steering Loose
My 2000 steering is really sloppy. The tie rods are in good shape but i was wondering how loose the bushing should be on the rack itself. It has a bit of slop but the driver side shaft actually moves a bit up and down when you steer back and forth. Should I rebuild the seals and do a bushing kit? Or, is the slop in that shaft make the whole rack bad. Check out the video and please help.
Cheers!

Last time I read something about sloppy steering the guy's next post was about ball joint failure. It was a 3rd gen 4Runner though. Should he check those, too?
