2000 4runner hesitation when i accelerate

i have a 2000 4 runner 2wd v6 and when i go to accelerate 0 mph to 1 mph theres a hesitation where nothing happens and the motor dies a lil bit then it takes off and runs great from there on so at red lights and anytime i stop this happens and now it just started to run rough right when i start it then it clears up and runs allright anyone know what this might be i was told either an 02 sensor or a fuel pump? the check engine light is on and autozone says something to do with bank 2 running rich and running lean picture that!

use spray maf cleaner, like crc. something guaranteed to leave no residue of it's own. it might take half the can to clean a really dirty maf element. let it soak, blast it but don't physically touch the wires with anything. the slightest bend in the wire will change the signal it produces. you don't want that. spray won't hurt it though. (a q-tip would)

probably, no way to tell until you drive it after and see what you get. After cleaning mine and doing some routine maintenance, I increased mine from 17 MPG to 21 MPG. That included cleaning out both filaments in the MAF.

Yes, it would definitely effect your mileage.
Cleaning your MAF is one of the easiest and most beneficial things you can do for your Yota.

Glad you got your codes and problem fixed.
