1995.5 Tacoma RPM ?'s

Just picked up a 95.5 tacoma 5spd, V6, auto hubs, 31x10.5x15 highway tread tires. The truck as far as i can tell has 4.10's as indicated by the door code as well as jacking up the rear end and counting drive line rotations.
The issue i am having is that the RPM's seem way to high for the gear tire combination. 1st gear hits 3000 rpm before I hit 10mph, 70 mph in 5th = 4000 rpm, 45 in 5th = 3000 rpm, 65 in 4th = 4500 rpm. This just seems way to high to me... anyone with similar year Tacomas and set ups have any light to shed on this for me, what rpm's do others run at these speeds? Is this normal and im just reading to much into it?
