eh? if you are getting the revtek ... then that IS the spacer lift i was talking about. you're getting it put on for you, or are you adding it yourself? it'll definitely look nice, but with those 285s you are going to have to do a LOT of trimming in order to alleviate some of the rubbing problems you'll encounter with only 3" of lift.

ok ...to settle the dust. i am getting my lift put on proffesionally, and the reason i am asking about lifts is because i am trying to go higher than 3 inches....because my theory, the higher it is,,the better it looks. yours looks awesome....

oh, okay ... well ... since you're getting the Revtek lift and don't have xreas, then you can look into new struts and coilovers for more lift. however, just be careful not to go too high because even with 4" i'm concerned for the cv joints and other suspension components. how high were you thinking?

275/70/17 ... even though right now i'm back to stock stuff. the wheels are American Racing Bajas, painted black by a friend, but peeling and going in for powder coating soon. hope this helps.

Austin ... I dunno if they're the same wheels ... I know NE's taco is featured in peterson's ... so, maybe, except that these were the American Racing Bajas, brushed aluminum, but NE painted them black ... they peeled before i ran them, and so now they're off again until I get them powder coated.

i haven't done any trimming yet, but i do have 4" of lift in the front ... and will need to do a little trimming of the fender cup things. the 275s do rub, but only a bit so far.
