02 4runner Fuse Block - Something Wrong

Trying to take care of some of the previous issues that the previous owners left behind on the new to me 02 4runner and noticed this while changing out the fuse for the rear heater.

For reference: ALT 120A, location



Now look at where the ALT 120A is supposed to be



When I saw this that just doesn't seem right. Any ides on how to fix that if that is screwed up?

looks like the clear plastic top of the fuse came off and the P.O. put an anti corrosion agent on it. it shouldn't affect the function of the fuse, but if it makes you feel better replace it.
