00 Tacoma O2 Sensor vs A/F Ratio Sensor
I recently swapped out both O2 sensors in my truck and it's been running kinda crappy ever since. Come to find out, the front is an A/F Ratio Sensor, being that it's California emissions with two cats. (I know, you've probably heard all this before...) I'm another person that modified the plug to make it fit. CEL on today after work - P1130.
BUUUUT, I thought I would point out that on both www.sparkplugs.com (where I bought my O2 sensors) and www.URDUSA.com, the chart tells me that my truck - 00 Tacoma 2.7L California - DOES get the regular O2 sensor. It calls out the same number for 49 state and California models: 234-4162. I checked it numerous times before & after the install. So that must be a typo right???
Can anyone tell me what the real number should be? I'll be calling the dealerships tomorrow anyway, but I thought maybe I could get it here first if anyone knows.
Yotatech rocks by the way!

Be careful on the O2 sensors from www.sparkplugs.com, others have had issues trying to make an O2 sesor fit also. If it were my truck, I'd verify the P/N with the dealer and either get it from them or URD (since they also sell OEM sensors).

Thanks, I will be more careful from now on.
I think I'm just gonna pick one up from a local dealer tomorrow and not take my chances. For a mere *cough* $204, I should be good to go again. And I thought the o2 sensors were expensive...
I'll post the part number here after I get it.
