How about a Cummins 4BT? They are simple and are non-computer controlled (although there are some I heard). Not sure if you can get an adapter for the stock transmission or you have to get another transmission/transfer case though.

i would like to do a 4bt but it will probly never happen. ive been looking at a lot of propane kits. thats probly as far as ill make it. i just spent a bunch of money on dual cases for my tranny so swapping for another one to do a swap isnt gonna work for me..

Got my duals with 23 spline input together today. Still waiting on my cross member. It got lost in shipping

Very clean job on the bed bob. In the northeast no one would ever bob a bed that mint. You ca guys don't know how good you have it lol.

Took the trail gear 3" rear springs out and swapped them with 63" Chevys. What big difference. It rides way better and it flexes 10x better.
