Well I finally got my grub hooks on some FSM wiring diagrams for the 5vz. I can start wiring this darned this soon. I couldn't find anything that was close to what I needed amongst the plethora of tech write ups. So I'll be studying those wiring diagrams over the next few days to make sense of what I need to do.

I LOVE my 3.4 in my 1st gen .. it is a BLAST to drive
I'm doing a second gen now , just because I love this engine so much . (I've done quite a few now for customers)

trust me .. you'll love it ! so get it done , and see what I mean

I have driven my buddy's 3.4 Taco some and I love that. I can't wait to get it done in the first gen though. Soon soon, she will be done.

Been too long since I've done anything with this truck aside from robbing parts off of it. So I decided that I would like it to be done in time for my birthday at the end of September. I called up Mike over at Offroad Solutions and placed an order for a plug n play standalone harness. He's made a couple 1UZ swap harnesses for my buddy Travis. I like the with he does and the ease of installation. He said current turn around time is 4 weeks or so. So while I wait on that I will be getting everything else ready for driving. I've got some work ahead of me if I want this for the end of September.

I haven't seen it in person yet, but I'm stoked. Time to get this bad boy running. A long awaited day is close!
