I am headed down there tomorrow.

I'm sure you thought of this, but have you hit the Pick-Your-Parts? I found an S10 blazer or something that had nearly BRAND NEW rear window shocks on it, ....worked very strong... I would have grabbed them but I have no clue if they'd work on my hood, so I held off... Just wanted at least an idea, ya know?

I'm sure it's best to get them MADE FOR your application, .....best wishes on that hunt!

wow man, that's some amazing work, i hope to get my truck looking like new one day too, its far from looking like as nice as yours but at least i have what i need to keep it running for years to come, it must be a big help to work at a machine shop too, for a while senior year i was working at S&H in Fortuna, but anyways, love the pictures man, i love seeing those local pictures in the redwoods, make me wish i had 4x4.

Love the way your truck turned out. Was interested in a set of OME springs my self, and was woundering if there was anything else you got besides the springs and new bushings? Did you have to get shackles or anything else or was it just throw some new bushings in and bolt the springs right in place? Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!
I wouldn't undertake that kind of rust again. It was more of a learning experience.

I have that shell up for sale. I recently bought a house and I use this little truck to haul materials.
