Running great...I did have an issue with it running very rough....turned out to be the carburetor flooding due to fuel pressure (set about 3.5psi). Not sure why it started acting up but setting the fuel pressure at just under 3psi cured the problem. I think the weber carb is very sensitive. Now it starts right up and runs strong. It misses you!

Check out the first pic....what looks strange?

Yep...the '83 getting ready to jump on my sons '08.

This is my garage...spoiled.

Hey thanks.....

Life has been busy. Our home had flooding during the Harvey hurricane back in late August. The 83 was on the lift so it was not damaged. Unfortunately the garage has been turned in to a warehouse storing items for our home so the truck has been stranded by items under it.

I have been starting it up and let it run on the lift to keep it alive.

Looking to get the house and garage back 100% around the first of the year.

It was rough....lost 3 cars, my 2006 Miata, wife's 2016 VW GTI, and my son's 2016 Subaru BRZ. In addition quite a few collectible arcade games, personal items/furniture, and the kitchen, flooring, and bottom 4' of walls.

We will come back!

Hurricane Harvey was a record setter. So many areas of Houston that never flooded did. Our house was built in 1999 and never got close to flooding. Even in Tropical storm Allison which set records.

Crazy!

I hope the recovery process is going well.
