The new 2010 Limited

I was at the stealer today while they unloaded a brand new 2010 T4R Limited. Doesn't even have center caps yet. I don't know if anyone can tell, but it still had plastic all over the seats and on the wheels. Anyway, I was talking to them and they said that this year they have a "Off Road" edition of the T4R and it looks different than this one. The sticker price for a SR5 was $37K, I don't want to know how much this one was. Anyway, here is some drooling material:

P.S. Picture was taken with my cell phone (3.2 Megapixel)

Yep we got the first one at the dealer I work at last week, it sold last Saturday. One of the salesman told me that our region (not sure what that encompasses) won't get any of the Trail Editions or whatever it's called. I thought that was strange.

I saw one driving like 2 weeks ago, and I did like 10 takes on it...I was like...WHAT THE HECK IS THAT! I saw the 4runner emblem on the back and it was totally different.

Not my taste, but i bet its a great vehicle.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but after reading the free mail out catalog from 4wheel drive parts yeasterday (they had an article on the trail edition) its basically a 4runner body on the FJ Cruiser trail edition running gear! They were talking how suspension parts, etc were going to be interchangable...ugh! The three "bads' of the FJ: visibility, lack of 4drs and no room to sleep in there I can gripe about no more. Damn.

I just saw one in the dealer lot today, I stopped there to get something out of my eye and when I was about to leave I saw it...

Did the double take thing as well...I thought "what the HELL is that thing!?" I really thought it was some new model or a Sequoia, not being in the 4runner/truck end of toyota lately (I drive a supra...and would like a 3rd gen 4runner ATM)

ANYWAY....does anyone else think this new 4runner is HUGE!? I mean...maybe I just haven't stood next to the older ones in a while, especially the 4th gen...but this is getting silly. It was so big! Felt like I was standing next to a sequoia, and it had the same size presence as the Tundra parked next to it...HUGE.
