What a second you have a SASed built rig and you couldn't identify a rear bumper.....??
I'll give you a hint.... See the MC cut into the plate by the receiver hitch....

Really looking forward to seeing and hearing what yours rides like. I'm waiting to pull the trigger on a rear leaf swap.

you should go for the ifs rotors and calipers too, big stopping power increase.
I have those same 33's and i love them, w/ the 2 middle rows of lugs siped and the outers soild. On snow, ice, mud, gravel, street anything those things stick. I've ran them down to 4 psi on 8" wide steelies and never blown a bead, haulin through the snow.

nice to know on those tires... How long have you had them (in miles)?
He has LC rotors and is keeping the IFS calipers, the IFS rotors will not work with a solid axle spindle.

I was under the impression that i could run my IFS hub assembly w/ the bigger rotors, etc on the SA spindle or atleast change the wheel bearings to fit the IFS hub? BTW, got those pics tomorrow when i go to school in the morning, time to go to work now. shoots |

If you use a spacer, you can use the IFS spindles, but not the locking hubs. ![]() I remember reading somewhere about a guy who put his caliper on the other side of the knuckle using a nut/bolt to fasten it though the ear.

Congratulations on the truck and welcome to YotaTech!
Quote:
1)No, your front drive shaft will not work. 2) Your vin will tell you what gear ratio your truck was built with. Look for the sticker on the driver side door jam it looks like this: ![]() The circled part is the part you are looking for This page is quite helpful: Gearratiosanddiffs Take some time and search out the different forums on here to figure out all the details, but an SASed 4runner might not be your best option for a first truck/daily driver. Get some moderate sized (32-33") tires under your rig and possibly even some sort of traction aid (e.g. a rear locker), then go explore and see what you like and how capable of a truck you really own!
