new clutch master cylinder
new exhaust (cat and muffler)
painted stock rims (brothers old set)
31 BFG mud terrains (free, also got mounted and balanced for free)

front bumper

needs to be done:
cv's
possibly a roll on paintjob???

the wants:
front and rear bumpers
front and rear locker
possible light tinting

and help with those two would be very helpful!!!!!
so if anyone "has a guy"

Well, I don't have any names for you, but you have a real good start. Those panels look pretty good. Some marine grade vinyl from a fabric store and a some spray adhesive would look awesome on those. I used that same stuff to sew up a new center console cover. I put 265's on my 4Runner (just under 31's) I have read on here you don't need to regear until you go up to 33's. I know, how bout "the ruckus"? It looks murdered out like the ruckus on Rob and Big, and I sure you are gonna take it out in the desert for a good time!!

Trail-gear bumpers are pretty decent as far as price. You could get the front or rear bumper for under $350. Just do one thing at a time.
If you just bought the winch plate and bought a winch that will save you some dough. I am running that for now but I am going to build a bumper on the winch plate platform.
I bought the winch plate for $50 and bought a $299 XRC8 winch so around $350 or so I have recovery equipment.

Just some ideas.

Ok to be fair as here it is with a 2" BL and 32's. I think it looked pretty decent.

No doubt! I'm new to YotaTech, but there's been a bunch of discussion on TacomaWorld about Avid. He built me a light bar for my Tacoma -- I paid $260 and his website lists the bar for $325. So if you email him or watch his website for specials you can probably get the price down closer to $300...

I'll vouch for Brandon too - he's very reasonable and does great work!

Those wheels and tires made that a whole different rig!
I love the black 2nd gen style rims.

Do you want this to be your main build-up thread?
If so I'll move it to the build-up section and rename it for ya.

build me a rear bumper while your at it

i live out in surprise,

i think my doorpanels turned out pretty good for some like 5 dollar fiberboard from homedepot.
cuts are ugly, i think i might re-do the fron ones. not to sure.
i cut out the door handles for the stock plastic pieces but they dont sit right in it.
