What condition are rear seats in? And is sunroof in good shape?

What condition are the driver/passenger side door window seals in. Also, the seal for the rear window, mine are either no existent or are not smooth anymore. I need a battery tie down as well?
Also, the steering wheel cover?

Sunroof is in great shape. 150 for glass. Rear seats are in great shape as well asking 200 for the complete set. They are gray.
