1997 tahoe with a corvette engine, needs brake system overhaul
Hey everyone
I have a tahoe that needs and total overhaul of its brake system. Talking clearance sale everything must go. First guy told me that it was going to be around $6,000 and I just can't see that. Just looking for some direction here or if it's time to part it out.
Thanks

I think you need a second opinion on this one. I never heard of such a thing as brake fluid eating all the seals. Is it leaking, does it have an issue stopping, whats the exact nature of the problem?
Generally if you want to redo it all:
-Calipers
-Front and rear lines
-Rear wheel cylinders
-Master cylinder
That ought to run you buying parts from the parts store about 500 bucks or less.
