WTT? KTM Dual Purpose bike for '91ish 4x4 truck.....nekid pics now included!!!

2004 KTM 625SXC,completely stock,170 hrs,6200 miles.

Performance wise this bike came from KTM with a high flow head, open exhaust, and FCR flatslide carb for the ultimate in out of the box racing performance.

Should you wish to put an aftermarket pipe on the bike I will include a unused JD jetting kit with the bike.
Comes complete with everything as new, briefcase, manuals etc..

Bike is street legal, titled, plated and registered in Arizona.
Stock skidplate and handgaurds included.
Currently wearing Pirrelli Scorpion ATs with plenty of life left.

Just fully serviced, all service records included.

Ive moved to Flagstaff and Im in need of a 4x4,'91 or newer,5 speed, extra cab preferred. The bike just doesnt cut it taking 2 girls to school in the snow. and Im trying not to have to come up with extra cash.Straight accross trade if possible.I may even consider a full size truck or Blazer/Bronco.

Only 2 noticable scratches on the # plates from 0 speed fall overs from the previous owner.( He was too short for the bike)
Bike looks good and runs great.
I will take specific photos for those seriously interested.

PM me or e mail me at AzWatchbroker (at) yahoo (dot) com for more info or pics.

Located in Flagstaff Arizona. $4700.

more pics upon request

Nuts. I was afraid you'd say that.

Good luck on the trade/sale.

Thanks! It makes me sad to see it go,not only because its a blast to ride, but, this was KTM's performance version of their 620/640 lineup and they only made it a couple of years.

When I can finally afford a bike, I am definitely looking for a dually like this. I was thinking something along the lines of a Honda XR, but I really dig the KTM's too.

The Honda is a good bike but nothing near the caliber of the KTM.
Hence the price difference when new.

The KTM has better brakes (Brembo),better suspension (PDS White Power),Magura fatty bars, hydraulic clutch (Magura),Excel wheels, weighs less at 310#,and puts out 50 rear wheel horsepower(est.) STOCK to the rear wheel!!

I just NEED a 4x4 truck or runner in decent shape that Im not going to have problems with.4cyl prefered but will look at the 3.0 if its the only choice I have.
It doesnt have to be cosmetically perfect but presentable and can be stock. 4x4 must be working.

Id even consider a full size truck in 4x4.

C'mon guys,help a guy out.

Do I have to have the pink slip to it?

Naw, the KTM is the better bike for sure. Just realistically I'm probably gonna end up going with a Honda (on a pretty tight budget).

as a total tangential hijack: if you buy an XR, CHECK THE DAMN SWINGARM BOLT. i just got back from an hour in the garage pounding on it. i've been beating it with a 10lb sledge for two or three weeks, every day or two, and it's hardly moved. CHECK THE BOLT BEFORE YOU BUY! and if you already own, GREASE THE DAMN BOLT!!

ok, back to the show..

Not at the moment, but I'm sure you could figure out a way to make that happen!

might be a long shot, but i have a 91 pick-up the needs a head gasket wich i can change. and i can also throw in an 86' that is a rolling chassis with no bed, a good cab and front clip, and a 22RE long block core that could be used for a rebuild. i can also throw in an R151 5spd with the 23 spline case from the 86'. you could have two trucks if you put it all together.

the 91 ran great until the other day. i think the head gasket gave out after about 190K. truck has a Marlin bumper on the front.
