The bumper is used, however, it's never had a winch in it and is in real nice shape (no dents, no rust). I just had it sand blasted and primed in basic black, so it is ready for your choice of top coat once you receive it (I prefer a spray-on truck bedliner coating such as LineX).
The price is $475, and it is located in Northeastern Minnesota. I will ship, however this is a heavy bumper. Depending on the shipping method we can use, it will likely need to go to a business address since I think it's too heavy to ship to a residential address. There "shouldn't" be a size restriction since I had it shipped to me in the first place, but it's close to the limit.
