86 4runner
I built this truck 2 years ago. I chronicled part of the build on this website. It is an 86 4runner. It is heavily modified and everything has been done completely right. I built it to play in the Uwharrie National Forrest. Shortly after building it my wife lost her job and my truck turned in to a daily driver for me. It does not look like I will be able to continue off roading as a hobby so I want to sell or sell and partially trade my rig. So I am gonna give some stats below.
86 4runner
15,000 mile on rebuilt engine and axles.
38.4x14.50 Super Swamper TSL SX tires
5.29 gears and Spartan Lockers front and back
Nitro lifetime no question asked Burfield shafts
Chomo hub gears
ARP studs in hubs and knuckles
Axle is trussed and gusseted
Steering stops are reinforced and welded
Marlin Crawler seals and wipers
5" Trail Gear SAS kit
Marlin Crawler High Steer
Brand new IFS steering gear box and frame is braced at the box
Trail Gear chromo rear axle shafts
Marin Crawler seals and bearings
Rear disc brake conversion
1" master cylinder upgrade
63" Chevy rear leaf springs
Engine is a 22RE rebuilt by THoff 15,000 miles ago
ENGLDR internals
bored .040 over
Ported and Polished head with stainless steel oversized valves
Injectors flow matched by RC Components
Supra Mass Airflow Sensor
LC Engineering EGR delete
LC Engineering Header
LC Engineering Clutch
2 sets of doors one for summer and one for winter
I hate to get rid of it, but it is not meeting my needs. This thing is dependable and ready to go. I want $5,000 out right or a small car and some cash.

I still have this truck for sale. I need to move it soon as my life is changing and I need a small dependable car. I hate to part my with my rig. I am so close to having it done, but keeping it is just not practical. Make me a good offer and I will not refuse it.

TRUCK SOLD THIS PAST WEEKEND!!!!!
Thank you to everyone who checked it out and contacted me in reference to the sale of this vehicle. This has been a sad thing to have to do. I will be going back in Personal Security Contracting in South West Asia. I have to get my finances straight and take care of my family. The guy who bought this truck is a new Toyota Enthusiast and he will be using this message board as a place to learn about his new crawler. You guys are a great community and I appreciate the help I received. This is the best damn offroad forum on the internet. No assholes or royalty here, just a bunch of guys with a common interest helping each other. I will be back!!!!
