That's an 1984 Motor
That s motor may have come out of an 86' but from the picture
the TEQ stamp on the side of the block means its pre '1985. The head on the block is nice because it has the 20 Bolt EFI head, these motors usually came in celicas. |

Are you saying i should sell the head as a 20 with EFI to someone wanting to do some sort of hybrid 20/22 engine.

A little clarity
This head is good for someone wanting to take a 22R (carbed)
and convert it to efi if they do not have to 20 Bolt EFI head. This work for the early model 22R pre 1985. I suppose you could but the head on a 20r but why. You get the whole engine for a steal. |
