What to trim on p/u to fit 33x10.5x15 on stock lift

I want to be able to fit 33 10.5 on my 93 pick up but am not sure how much or where exactly to cut grind or pound. I plan on a 1 inch body lift very soon to help with clearence. Anyone have any pics?

Well since that wheel well liner has obviously been cut back (it rubs) and the standing seam/pinch weld inside the wheel well has been hammered back, that would most likely be an "after" picture.

Basic idea is to trim or bend back what rubs. Here is what the inner fender on my '85 looks like:
