Tire recommendations 2wd pickup

Hello! I have a 86 pickup I've been building. The 14" rims it came with were pretty rusty and I really wanted to have 2 sets of wheels, summer and winter, so I bought 16" wheels and now need to get some summer tires to mount on it.

One, I am not sure what is the best size to get on my wheels. The wheels are 16" x 6.5". tyresizecalculator says anything between a 185/50 and a 215/85 will fit on my rim. That leaves only about 40 sizes to sift through online to find something that will fit.

Two, I am not sure what will actually fit on my truck (no lift kit). The wheels seem to have a bit of a different offset and look like the extra width is all on the inside. Is there any way to tell ahead of time? Will I just have to buy a set I like and test them on the wheels? If all else fails I could go with something like this I think, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/go...gTLxoCMPHw_wcB

They really only have to fit on the front correctly, because my truck bed was wicked rusty so I will be building my own bed, which I can build around my new tires.

these seem cool, but the biggest one recommended for my wheels

same size, but a little less gnarly. like I said, no lift kit 2wd and not going to go offroading in it. I had a blazer in college and did like 7k worth of damage over a few years offroading, so I have no interest. I am just building a daily driver that should last forever

these look like they are somewhere in between both of those. still on the bigger end, with no idea if they could fit in my truck actually.

One of my new wheels on the rear axle! I can't really test it anywhere else, because the whole rear end is taken apart.

Thanks for any advice!
