those look nice. just like the Mickey Thompson's. If they are like the M/T's, you might want to have them clearcoated. I had a set that pitted real bad after 1 winter. But then again, you might not have salty roads in Iowa.

I actually was going to get the M/T wheels, but these Pacers were basically the same thing at half the price. For what I paid for them, I can't go wrong.
Salt is a problem in Iowa too. Someone told me that a poor man's trick for keeping them clean longer is to apply a good polish/wax when they're new. Don't know if that's true or not tho.

wax will help, but brake dust and road grime will eat through it pretty quick. just apply it frequently and keep em as clean as possible.

$400 for the wheels, lugs and center caps. No shipping, but the dealer is charging me ~$60-70 for dismounting, remounting and balancing my tires on the new wheels. The whole works will be under $500.

Sounds like a pretty sweet deal.. I'm guessing you're replacing your stock 16's. Gotta save up for my 33's and 18's soon now that I have the money for my lift. Great looking wheel

pretty sure that stock rims have 4.5" backspacing..
and you had to run a 1.5" spacer to clear apparently? i dont think that the 4.25" backspacing will clear your arms if you had to run spacers on the stock rims???? unless you just ran the spacers for the hell of it hahaha

I did sort of put the spacers on just for fun, but was thinking about 305's in the future and wanted the extra clearance.

I can't tell you how many people have asked about when I was going to take the boards off. I do agree it would look a lot better, not to mention clearance issues. My problem is that my wife is pretty small and has a hard enough time getting into my rig now. If I took them off, she'd probably shoot me...especially after I do a 2" bl next summer!

Emptypockets, the running boards look good and they are a multipurpose item.I still have mine on my 90 4x4 4Runner.If they arent damaged or otherwise molested they look good and serve a purpose.

nice rims- way to score
so when you drop the running boards then you have built in excuse for rock sliders which can still function just fine as a step as needed. Meanwhile protecting your vehicle sides from the idiot parking lot carts and inconsiderate door slammers. All Pro sliders they rock....that little bumpout in their design saved my rear quarter panel one day in the hills I digress... Cmon you got to work these weaker sex types. I added another "OhSH*% " handle at roof line near drivers head ( the mount points are there just feel for them) to assist on my side and hers has it already on pillar and roof top. Just step up on the sliders and grab the handle and pop the booty in.
