how much for goodyear MT/R's???

i got a quote from america's tire company for 32" goodyear MT/R's for like 880 mounted and balanced.
this sounds kinda steep to me so i was wondering if this was a normal price for these tires or if i should try and go somewhere else.

any feedback would help. Thanx

-Casey

I saw on a local baord tonight that Walmart is selling 37's for $160, which is probably $800 for four, when all is said and done. Do you have a Discount or Tire America where you live? If so, I'd try them.

About 2 years ago I got a set from Goodyear themselves for about $180/a piece. Those were 32x11.50x15, and to get them for 16's would probably be more expensive although I'm not sure how much. No doubt prices have fluctuated since then as well. Sounds like Wal-Mart could be the way to go though, I'd check there first.
