Holy e I finally found some wheels now I need cleanup advice

So as many of you may have read I had a lot of problems on here with my aftermarket wheels. I've been pretty cheap and patient and hopefully I finally got a good deal on some wheels. I'm not sure what model these are off of but I know they're 3rd gen. I got a great deal on em, while I was in Wilmington. Oddly enough one of our fellow yotatech users called me and told me about them and I just happened to be in town. The seller was a yota mechanic and said he'd mount, lug centric balance and align and install valve stems for me for free if I brought em back when I get tires. So in the meantime I want work on em.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Two of them have terrible curb rash and they all have this haze on them I show the haze in the 3rd pic.
1. How do I get the haze off?
2. What do use on the inside to clean off the gunk, someone suggested brake parts cleaner?
3. How can I fix the curb rash?
I'm thinking sand em down completely and something like a bondo putty to reshape the lip and then repaint. Then we gotta figure out what color to paint.
Thanks in advance guys, I'm sure one of you vets will know how to get the e off the inside with minimal elbow grease.
I'm also open to selling them or trading them for good condition Cragar soft 8's or 3rd gen alloys.

Can't help ya - never did any work on rims yet, but nice choice - always liked that style.

Now you need some 255/85R16's

I cleaned up some road rash on some VW wheels by careful filing and sanding of the damaged areas, matching the finish of the surrounding areas. Worked out pretty well.

Now if i can figure out how the guys that charge to fix curb rash do what they do, I'll be set up.
