wilderness rack?

I'm going to look at a Wilderness Rack today and was wondering if any of you have used one in the past or if you have one currently. I'm looking for something to mount to the top of my 1st gen runner since cargo space is limited.

It's a 60"x48" rack with the runners to bolt through a hard top, hi-lift and shovel mount and in pretty darn good shape. Guy wants 400$ for it.

Thoughts?

I run one with similar dimensions and the price seems fair. I have had no problems. They are very sturdy.
