Roof top tents & dogs

Saw this video linked over at Expo, thought it was pretty cool.
Always wondered if a roof top tent owner can have a dog get up into their tent.
Not via the ladder, but this Land Cruiser owner out of Canada has solved the problem.

My dog will never go for that! He is such a wuss, he puts his front paws on the tailgate, and then stares at me to lift him in.

Spoiled!

That is a sweet setup in that vid!

Looks good but our dog would not do that either... most times she needs a boost to get in the truck... but she is nearly 8 so it is sort of understandable she used to bound in (she still will if you tell her she's going to the vet she loves that place) but otherwise not so much...

haha, same here. Our 12 year old just expects to be lifted into the 4Runner. No more jumping for this old lady. Thank goodness she's only 40 lbs. Cool vid though. That cruiser is sweet!

That's super intense. Our bull mastiff is not that bouncy either. She just sleeps in the drop down side room of our rrt. If you don't know what I mean you can just look at an example of the model we have : http://www.tepuitents.com/Tepui_Tents/Models.html.

P.S. - we have the autana model
