Yotatech sucks!

So of all the forums I'm a member of...

Yotatech has sold out to the highest bidder (IB) and you all still contribute I've yet to see one member start a tread about the Independence day and what it means to be a free citizen in the United States.

To the Revolutionaries who initiated the Declaration of Independence to the ones who fought in the Civil War, WWI, WWII and the Korean war, the Vietnam Veterans, Gulf War veterans and all those who serve in Iraq and Afghanistan I do thank you.

I don't see what your post being moved, your opinion of "us" as sheep or the member's continuing to contribute have anything to do with Independence Day or a validation for you to think "YotaTech Sucks."

So ban me. I'm not paying Corey or Chris after they have been payed.

So I speak out and I'm a "Drama Lama"

Very little was weote about Independence day and I find that a little irritating that of the forums that I'm active in YT members post a little blurb about our Nations independence.

Ban me, I only come back to see what kind of crap is posted and in only aggravates me more to see you all contributing to the founders who deceive you.

I don't believe the general public is contributing to the founders of YT...I believe they are contributing to the masses, afterall, those are really the only people who matter - that is why we are all here.

Not because you spoke out... but this thread is pointless.

If you haven't found a thread about 4th of July, then start one. It's useless to simply complain, state everyone else is a sheep and that YT sucks.

Thus moved to The Lounge.

I meant in the aspect of monies.

There is a wealth of knowledge out there and a multitude of forums to support it. My reassertion of members being sheep is that they put money forth when the founders have already received ample support from the buyout.

Ban me if you will

I see.

I guess I see the contributions as a form donation - some people like the feeling of being involved and giving to a cause they support, love and use.

It would almost be like me saying, well, my entire office building donated their blood - I probably don't need to.

This may come off as rude and if it does so be it - why do you care about the buyout and the donations if you hate this place so much?

Because the founders still seek a contribution for the forum yet they receive a very generous payout from it from IB.

Donating to the forum in the form of a tech write up is one thing but to put money forth is another.

I've been to the other forums and keep returning here. I like this place, I like the people and the format.

Since this is a free website, and since it is the right of the creators to do whatever they'd like with their site, they can sell to the highest bidder if they'd like. You don't like it, don't come back. You think there are better, don't come back.

So, your rant about Independence Day bears no relevance to the creators of the website nor the direction with which they want to go. I suppose it's okay for them to have their independence, so long as it suits you.

Besides, not all users of this site are American.

Man, i dont know what you mean..Ive never seen it mandatory to pay any fee here. And really anyone who contributes after the buyout isnt thinking right, but what can you do? Ive been here and contribute with truck stuff since others help me with truck stuff. Its "free trade" so to speak. The site is good due to the layout and the sheer volume of users..If you have a problem, the odds are that it will be answered within minutes or hours.
Ive been to other sites, but the volume is so low its boring and you dont get any answers for weeks if at all. Other sites have a great knowledge base, but the actual site sucks for navigation.
If you can stomach the fools who dont search or are mad post whores, or pretty much harass every female member, its a decent, informative site.
