thanks. I was hoping that evading was when he had his lights on and i refused to pull over.

Cops are so weird here. They run red lights all the time here.

they do everywhere. they do it all the time here, in vegas, in utah, etc. ive even clocked a cop doin 120 WITHOUT his lights on. (dont ask). they also like turning on their lights, running red lights, dodging traffic, then turning them off on the other side of the intersection.

I knew the cops would come, I went because everyone at my house left to see it, so I drove my car instead of piling up in my friends pathfinder. and who ever said I need to think of the "what if" factor, If the cop would have flipped, good it would have made it easier for me to get away. "what if" you drive down the road tomorrow and you die? is that "what if" thought going to keep you from driving? so that theory doesn't make sense. all of you are going to do what you want and I'm going to do what I want, so don't waste your time to tell me what "you" think I should and shouldn't do when I know very well whats best for ME.
Wow. You are immature.

I said the "what if" factor. There is always a what if i die scenario in life. That's one thing. Adding intensity to it because you were an idiot and ran is the point.
The Good if the cop flips thing you put out there is plain stupidity. You hope a cop gets hurt or dies so you get away. Karma's a b*tch and that one will bite you square in the ass son.

You say you know it was wrong, yet you don't own up to it and instead call all of us idiots. Yeah, that shows how wrong you thought it was.

It's just funny to me how most of the people think the same thing, yet we're the idiots.

If you don't want to hear what "we" think, then don't post it.

Grow up!!

it's not like this is my first time dealing with cops, i know what the consequences will be, I've been to court many times and I've been caught many times. I guess I really just don't care. I like to do what I think is fun and if that means breaking the law with petty crimes, then so be it. Sure I respect cos there just doing there jobs, but they have the same mind set as me, I'm sure that cop was thinking "stupid kids" or "I don't need to deal with this bull" same thing I was thinking "stupid cop" "can't you just let us have some fun". so it's either you like cops or you don't. this whole thread is just a bunch of peoples opinions.

This will go into YT history just like the "roll back mileage" thread. WHY would you run? My dad always told me "The best way to not get caught is not to do anything wrong in the first place." This usually followed with a "nice" pat on the butt when I tried to lie about something.

You sure it was just a pat on the butt? Maybe you have some dark secrets in your past you'd like to let out? hmm? haha, man y'all are so up tight. seriously, maybe you should change your name to sloburner, because that's what all you people need to do, burn a good o'le dubie and chill out. ohh wait marijuana's illegal you guys wouldn't be into that. I'm going to go snort some coke and shoot some heroin, then I'm going to engage in a high speed pursuit with the police while I'm reading a book, and when I get caught ill whine like a little baby

I wonder if we can turn this into the new oil cap thread?

He seems to have about the same amount of common sense.

More like a leather belt pat on the butt. You have to realize YT does not endorse illegal activities and there have been a few threads about racing on the road and other illegal stuff that have been locked or deleted resulting in several bans. On my perspective I'm just saying it was not a wise decision to run from the cop nor to post about it without realizing you would be flamed heavily. Am I being hypocritical? Yes, I've not ran from the cops or anything seriously like that. I am guilty of speeding on occasions and probably a few other violations that do not come to mind right now but I'm not going to post and brag about it. About 4 months ago there was a woman running from the cops which wound up killing an innocent motorist and a child who was riding a bike with her mother on the bike lane. I've also experienced a friend who was killed because 2 DA's decided to drag race on a highway when it hit him head on also killing the racer. It's just not smart period....

He already said that those are "what ifs" that he doesn't care about as long as he is doing what he wants to do.
