Stolen Red '87 4Runner, Roseville CA

Hi Everyone, my 1987 4Runner was stolen early last Friday morning (7/31/09).
It was taken from my driveway on Diamond Oaks Rd in Roseville Ca. It's red with a red top, chrome Landcruiser slot wheels and a tow bar mount below the front bumper. CA lic. # 2EYS494, vin # JT4RN62D7H0140697. If you have any info please call the Roseville police at: 916 774-5000. Thanks. Mike

bummer man. they're stealing them because they know they're great vehicles. anything else that made your rig stick out? i'll keep an eye out for ya, i'm always eyeing 4x4 yotas.

hearing this reminds me that i seriously need to rig me up a kill switch on my truck. have had 4 people knock on our door and one note on the windshield, asking if it's for sale, all in the past 2 months.

Thanks highonpottery, I've had the windshield note too. The 4Runner is basically stock, it has CJ coils to level the sagging rear end, aluminum running boards, Rancho 5000 shocks with red boots, a receiver hitch under the back bumper (both bumpers are now black, no bumper sticker on the rear) and the paint on the top has faded to white in a couple of places. There is no skirt under the front bumper, just the tow bar mount. Thanks again. Mike
