Ford carb on my 84???

Has anyone done this? I bought it with the carb on it and I don't know exactly what 1 it is. There is 3 spacers on it to adapt it and I can't get them to quit seeping fuel. Any tips or should I through the webber that also came with it on there?

Few questions.

What engine is this going on?

Are there any numbers or models on the carb?
