89 3.0 to chevy 350

I found a guy with a chevy 350 out of a suburban. he had it in his 85 yota but now is selling the engine due to rust. it comes with engine and yota 5spd tran already hooked up. What am I to expect if I was to do the swap other than motor mounts? again its going to a 89 pickup 3.0 stock except 31 inch tires.
