hey bird duck if you can go ahead and send me that wiring sheet. I would really appreciate it. I can chase down wiring grimlens. that isn't hard to me. I just need a place to start on this and then i can get rolling and get it done.

the upper intake can be turned if your not using the egr and the egr tube at the back of the intake to the passenger header. then all you need to do is extend some hoses .it is symmetrical like that

the wiring is not really that hard if you have the diagrams .. i did use alot of the stock stuff because i used the ls 400 cluster .. it was just easier for me to do it that way ..
all you need is 2 new relays and the old 3.0 COR relay ..

the fuel pump is really easy its just one wire to get it going , using the 3.0 COR relay already in the truck .

FC from the 3.0 was hooked up to the air flow meter .
now just take that wire ( connector N5) and connect it to the FC at the lexus computer and thats it its done and working. i dont remember right now the lexus connector you need to connect to ill get it tonight when i get home .

thats why the1uz engine will run without the air flow meter hooked up and the 3.0 wont. . i guess a default program in the ecu .

ok i went home at lunch to look at my wiring harness. idk why i didn't notice it before but i only have three grey plugs. I think i'm missing one of the 26 plugs. the wire loom was never cut before i got it. idk what happened to it. I'll look closer at it when i get home. I'll take some pics so ya'll can see if i'm just blind or what?

no good.. you should have your 3 grey and two more grey plugs. or in some cases 4 small grey plugs(like mine) and the two larger grey plugs. BUT from my adventures in the wire harness i ended up removing every one of those wires from the two plugs. most of witch are for the neutral and rang switch.. witch also can be completely removed and not affect the drivetrain.. but i could be wrong this is just what the wiring diagram says..

sorry i forgot to take a pic last night. I'm not the greatest person at wiring.

I know i sound like i don't wanna do the work, but frankly i really have no clue. I can handle all the mechanical stuff easily. Its just this damn wiring is a nightmare to me.

Can anyone tell me what needs to go? I got my wiring diagram off of lextreme. i know most of the stuff that needs to stay. Its just really hard for me to figure out what needs to go.

I am goin to use the toy fuse/relay box under the hood if that helps any. I'm also using the toy fuel pump so i should only have one wire for that to work.

I also still believe that I'm a missing a plug. It should be the second plug if looking down on ecu.(from left to right)

where can i get one? or does anyone have a spare harness they can cut the plug off of. I can run the wires for it.

all i need the plug for is fuel pump relay, check engine light, and efi relay.

this is what i would do FIRST before you cut any wires. make sure the engine starts, and runs on the og harness. just to be sure that it works fine, if you make a mistake somewear or you do it perfectly and the engine doesn't run due to a pre existing problem
it will be a pain tracking it down.

also dont cut any wires from the conecters, just unpin it, that way you can reuse the wire if you need it later and all you have to do is just stick it back in the conector, if you need help doing this just ask.

looks like you got it all but just to be sure don't cut the wires!... trust me on this...
and if you can take a pic of the ecu end of the harness so we give you more input...

yea i bought a wiring diagram book off ebay. I also compare it to my diagram off of lextreme. it seems to match up, but i always double check anyway.

I'm missing one of the 26 pin connectors. I'll get a pic up asap, but I'm sure its the one that has the fuel relay wire in it and the "W" wire.

ecu has 4 plugs. there are only three plugs on my harness. I can't find anywhere that it is cut. the empty slot is the one that is by itself.
