Engine Specific
1. The 1uz-FE engine was used in these model cars. You also can find a swap package (engine harness ecu etc.) from local junkyards or even ebay.
1989–2000 Lexus LS 400
1990–2002 Toyota Crown (only in japan)
1991–2000 Lexus SC 400
1992–2000 Lexus GS 400
2.The best fitting manifold Is the 2UZ-FE 2000-2004 Tundra Log style But the sc400 ones will work with minor modification.
3.Ls400 mounts are the smallest and easiest, but sc400 will work , gs400 is out of the question since they stretch past the frame rails.
4. Ive used rear sump from the sc400 with success (more info will be provided)
5. No
6. Yes, But you will have to use the sc400 pump, which has a remote reservoir like the original Toyota. LS400 will not work, Not sure about gs400 (more info will be provided)

6. The r150f and r151f transmissions themselves (not the transfer cases) are based of the same Toyota R design, they just utilize different gearing.
The difference in strength is between the transfer cases, where the r151f uses a gear style design instead of the chain style that's used in the r150f. In turn makes the r151f as a complete setup (transmission and transfer case) stronger. Gear vs. Chain Driven transfer case

Question, I recently heard Marlin talking to someone at a meet saying basically (paraphrased b/c I forget how he specifically said the following idea)
..people would be surprised of what the chain driven cases can withstand under anything but hardcore crawling. People have done dual chain driven, although it is always better to go geared to chain. You can run a chain driven case, in single configuration behind either an auto or the 5-speed, it's just you need to not get all lead foot happy.
Someone then mentioned it was said similarly on his forum somewhere. Might want to look it up or ask Robert or one of the people who've swapped a bunch what they specifically have used and abused?
Good Idea, I will talk to robert to 100% confirm my answer. I also misspelled in the question . these late nights are killing me lol. Also added a gear vs chain transfer case link, to support the answer.

Just to give you a couple of corrections to make on your Engine Specific List
3. Its the SC400 mounts that are the narrowest, not the LS400. The LS400 are too wide for the framerails.
6. Power steering. Both the SC400 (remote reservoir) and LS400 (pump mounted reservoir) will work and in fact the LS400 pump mounted reservoir is easier in that you can re-use a v6 truck's power steering lines. It also makes for a much cleaner install. However, if you run large tires and need hydro assist then the remote reservoir SC400 pump is what you want.

My friend will have weld in frame mounts available soon for SC400 brackets but for 89-95 pickup/90-95 4runner. Among other things like EGR block off plates
ok I have a couple questions. I ride around with a bunch of chevy guys. . . yea i know. . . but i want to be able to out run them and im stuck between a 3.4 swap and a 1uz. the 3.0 is doing fine but when and if she ever goes im going to do a swap and dont know which one to do any help?
i want as much power as i can with out having to switch to bigger axles and i want to keep my trans and driveline if possible

Wanted to let you know that my company make some of the parts needed for this swap depending on your application.
1. We build motor mounts for 90 thru 95 trucks and 4runners which originally had the 3.0. These are mounts that bolt to the original 3.0 isolater pads so there all bolt on. I have run this application on IFS and SAS rigs.
2. We build aluminum radiators designed for these trucks with the 1uz
3. We build machined flywheels to fit the R150 to 1uz
4. We have bell housings
5. We are working on custom trans/transfer cross members.
6. Aluminum body mounts cut to fit by order
