Went to the doctor today about the baby. They said they might have to induce labor (doesn't look like she's in any kind of hurry to come out).

Dropped the truck off at the exhaust shop. Should be done tomorrow.

Here's a picture of the other project I've been working on and MOM. I hate painting and putting up wall paper borders. Wood flooring and wood blinds are next.

Got the truck back from the exhaust shop. They did a good job for a hell of a price. The truck is soooooooo quiet. Now that I can hear stuff other than the exhaust my power steering pump is whining. Need to try and bleed it again.

I typed it when we were waiting on the doctor to call us back. Her water broke but she wasn't having any pain or contractions so we called the doctor to see if we needed to go to the hospital or wait.

We have a beautiful baby girl (Saphira Skye Bennett). She was born on her due date. She was 7 LBS 4 onces and 21 1/2 inches long.

shes a healthy one!! i was 7 pounds 11 ounces and i think 6'11 to 8'9 is a good range. 21 1/2? usually they say those will be tall when they grow up, my bro was about that, i was 20.5 or something.

i bet you are busy ogling over your younging if you dont have time for some garage time with me, let me know, and its no big deal.

take care

Baby is doing great and is a lot of fun.

Now back on topic. I LOVE THIS TRUCK. THE 3.4 HAS SOOOO MUCH MORE TORQUE AND POWER it seems than the 3.0 ever did.

My uncle is a sub-division developer so we took the truck to one of there new sub's to see how much fun the truck is in a safe place.

Let's just say I acted like a child and smoked some tires. The 3.4 is awesome. I smoked it in 1st, 2nd, and even got to grab in 3rd and I could of kept on it and got it to grab in 4th but decided to let off.

Before anyone gets made. I was on private property with no one but myself and uncle around so I was only putting ourself in danger.

Got the dash back together. Only thing left is to get the hood on.

I've started working on the Tacoma again.

I'm also looking for a 1970-1977 Celica. I wanna swap a 4.0 Lexus V8 into one. If anyone knows where I can get one in decent shape let me know.

That's it, make me miss my celica even more!! (Talking w/ family about it today.)

Why not pick up an 80's Celica GT 5spd, or Supra??

Mine was the 80 GT Special, wild fun to drive. Buddy had the Supra, turbo'd. That engine would fit so easily into the Supra Bay.

This, this and this are worth looking at for reference material.

*Second link's more current stuff, but I remember someone there's done First and Second gen swaps. The third links probably your best shot. *Also check into the drift forums, plenty there.

I like the 70's body. I'm not much of a car fan but the 70's body is just cool. Then add a V8 and it'll be sweeeeet.

Thanks for the links.

I mean check this sexy beast out.

Took the truck for it's first long drive and on my way back home it started to run a little hot. I'm going to get a new radiator and hope that it fixes the problem.
