^^^right on. 3.4's are super reliable. the only thing extra I carry is an air filter, so if im in a convoy with my friends out on some dusty road I can throw in the crappy old air filter, and as soon as I'm done i put my clean one in

I have always been one to think anything can fail.. just wondering if there was a electrical or ignition part that when exposed to lots of snow wheeling or crawling fails... I know that a 3.4 in a street ride is awsome but mine doesnt live in that world very much. when I head up for a night of powder driving and pack the engine bay with snow I want to make sure I drive home and am not stuck over a small part thats an easy fix.
Anyone on the super chrger question? mike- |

What altitude are you normally running at? If you usually run at higher altitudes, then I would say to wait until you can afford the better injector kit. The pinging and false detonation is what you want to try to avoid which higher altitude will amplify.
I would carry an Alternator, belts, and hoses. Starter usually isn't an issue since you shouldn't be wheeling alone, and someone can always pull start you.
