Yea im pretty sure it is. Whenever i had the master out and pushed it down it shot to the floor. all the way and stayed and whenever i lifted it it seemed to bounce back. This clutch is litterally giving me such h3ll.... I work tomorrow and NEED to get it fixed but im so lost.

Check for pedal assembly obstructions.

Clutch pedal assembly "catching" on carpet or floor mat...?

Did you bench bleed your master cylinder? I'm not 100% how to do it, but I know the master cylinder, itself, needs to be bled before connecting to the rest of the clutch (or brake) system. It really sounds like you have an air pocket somewhere.

You are using a 3.0L throwout bearing, right? The flywheel, clutch disk and pressure plate can be from either the 3.0 or 3.4, they just all have to be the same.

Yea I've got 3.0 everything as far as clutch. but I did believe the master cylinders aswell. I'm going to gravity bleed the whole system tomorrow once I get the new slave cylinder actually

So i replaced them both and finally got pressure in the clutch, not i tried to start the rig in first gear and the pickup tries to move forward. making me think something in the bell housing isnt correct

Mine did that when I first installed the new clutch after swapping back to 5 speed. In fact, it did that for a few days. THen is was golden and has been fine for years.

Honestly, I have no idea why but you might want to wait it out and see if it gets better.

I would bleed it and then bleed it again.......you should have a spring attached somewhere to pull the pedal back. Check that....not that it would cause your issue but you said you werent sure if its there in another post.

On the shifter bushings, Marlin makes some that are awesome!!!!!!!!I put them in mine and the difference was incredible.

Bummer i already bought them from the dealership! As far as the clutch its still not engaging fully. me and a buddy are stumped at this point so im going to go ahead and fix other things going on with it. I have a vacuum leak somewhere on it. It is really idling high, around 1500-2000 rpm..
