Pretty sure you can just use a regular female spade connector on both the oil sender and the starter solenoid. If not, pick n pull will have a ton for sure. I'm sure toyota used the same connector on many cars in that same generation.

good call on checking other vehicles in the same year range, guess I'll be making 1 more trip out to u-pull it with the oil sensor in hand to track down what I need

Im in CO too if you need help or have questions let me know.... I ended up using my 3.4 starter so i should have the connector for 3.0 starter laying around in my garage somewhere as i have a ton of parts laying around lol
