You guys seriously need to search a little better. There is an entire forum dedicated to the 3.4 swap HERE
Lots of info there. Read through first, then ask away.

Small hole and some wiring is worth the effort to do this swap.
Yes, it's worth it. Don't care about resale. Keeping it for as long as I can.
