MT ECU Connectors -- no longer available from Toyota
I just got notice from one of the toyota resellers that my order was canceled as they are on backorder without an ETA.
Seems each step of this process has been more money / delay...
Already have another order in with another vendor (fingers crossed)
however I'm curious if anyone knows of a parts supplier that carries them in stock?
figure I'm not the last one that will be converting an AT engine harness to manual...

Do you mean the parts department at a Toyota dealer or a true third party reseller?
Granted it's been 2 (ish) years since I've had to buy any of the connectors, but I never had any issues or hints of an issue getting parts, though if Toyota did a large batch buy of connectors (from their supplier [it looks like a Molex or TE made part]) and haven't restocked, the supply could be running low or even be out.
Needless to say, that's not good.

site suggested they were a dealership with a parts department selling through web-site
2nd order hasn't gotten any red flags yet -- if the order comes through I'll post the site

currently have my fingers crossed for the 2nd order I made earlier today -- but seems like good info so far for anyone running into a similar issue
part numbers for manual transmission ecu connectors 1996-1997
