help can't find my starter relay

nope, it's the defrost relay
 this 4runner is an auto, I guess it doesn't have a starter relay because of the neutral safty switch

Oh...right. Relay is on M/T rigs only. I guess that top relay is your taillights. Auto just runs through the neutral safety switch.
It's wierd, the location chart doesn't distinguish between M/T and A/T, but the wiring diagram does. I hadn't checked the diagram before. Last edited by lbhsbz; 10-12-2009 at 11:22 AM. |

just talked to a friend at toyota masters in corona ca.
 and we figured it out  when I get a chance to go out side and try it, I'll let you know if it worked out pat, thanks.

The auto did not have a starter relay instead they use the neutral start switch on the tranny shifter ( closed in park or neutral)
