i used a auto engine with a manual harness and ecu...if you still need a harness you should get the whole deal manual. you have to get a flywheel for a 3.4 and trim your old flybolts about 1/8 inch to work with it...Im pretty sure that was it.
Call ALEX at all toyota truck & Suv and tell him your doing a 3.4 swap like JP in chico and he'll hook you up with all right stuff. Those guys treated me right and have nation wide locating so can pretty much find anything. No I dont work for them...i was just stoked on how they got it done for me. they are at 916 638 2020. good luck man.

auto ecu works with mani...just plug and play IIRC... It dont work the other way tho.
