98 3.4 swappin into 91 3.0 4runner need help!

So I have got as far as getting the motor in and tranny hooked up, a few wires plugged back in, the main problems I'm having are that a lot of things are backwards it seems that my CC and throttle cable is to short...I have a few questions about the battery reloc and there's a few things I have no idea where they go. Like where does the fuel line attach to the motor. I'm sure there's a few more questions but could someone please help me get this beast on the road?! Thanks guys I'll be submitting more questions as they arise...thanks again!

Yeah you're asking 101 level questions. You've got to help yourself by reading all the sticky posts, twice.

Yea I actually was able to figure all those out...yay! But now I have a problem I can't seem to fix...the engine won't turn over at all. I have tracked power to everything including to the starter and the relay and everything In between..I even just got the starter tested to see if it doesn't work but it passed all of the tests they ran so now I'm stumped...help please! Thanks :-)

Disconnect the starter trigger wire from the starter, hook a multi-meter to it (ground the other side) and have a buddy turn the key. You should have 9-12V when the key is turned, if not you have a wiring problem somewhere.

The smaller black wire with a white stripe, disconnected it from the starter, verify that it gets 9-12V while turning the key; I'm assuming there's a black wire with a white stripe connected to the starter (in addition to the large 2(ish) gauge wire from the battery).

Did you do the wiring or did you pay some one? You are aware that with the 3.0 the starter trigger wire in included in the engine harness, but it is not for the 3.4 engine harness. It can't be stressed enough, read the 3.4 swap 101 sticky at the top of this section.
