What is your vehicle? Year, model, motor size, auto / manual?
What is your donor vehicle? Year, model, motor size, auto / manual?
If nobody else does, I'll try to jump on and help you. I remember how I had a hard time at first getting around TIS.
When does your sub expire?

It's going to be a little different swap to swap. Basically, the goal is to match the under dash harness from your truck to the wiring harness for the 3.4. You want to make a list of the wires in your under dash harness and what they do, like temperature gauge and oil pressure gauge, then match those wires to the ones in the 3.4 harness.

t ook a bunch of pics a few hrs ago of my wiring harness building it and bundeling it nicely. I will post pics tomorrow when I finish tomorrow. there is like ZERO room for excess wire's in the passanger kick panel for the ECU and body harness plugs are. I have the female plugs w/ wires and pins (and if i can find it the vin# on 4runner they came)
I cut the 2 body harness plugs off my 3.0 engine, and used the female body harness plugs from the 3.4, and in addition to those 4 plugs you need the ECU plugs that is not part of the engine harness and you are good to go! My pics will show you clearely.
My thread has pics of all the plugs i used (keep in mind diff years use different plugs)

harness
Alright so i am dropping a 3.4 from 2002 automatic 4runner into a 92 manual pickup. i was wondering if there is a company out there that i can send both ecus and wiring harness to and they can mesh it into a plug and play? or do i need to buy a ecu for the 3.4 that came from a manual before i can send it off? this might be a dumb question but wiring is definitely not a strong suit of mine.
