1992 Pickup 5VZ-FE Swap Done! Lingering questions for the experts

Just completed my 5VZ-FE swap. Engine is from 2000 4runner (according to dismantler), it has been installed into a 1992 Pickup Regular Cab 4x4 5MT.

Cant report MPG yet, but it has some more get up and go now. Here are a few pictures...

Here is a picture from my OBD-2 Scan software. This code I cannot get rid of. Its P0125.

Now for annoyances...
Check engine light comes off after 10 minutes of driving. Its the P0125 code pictured above. My obd-2 software indicated that coolant temp is about 190-195F at idle. If needed I could get data during an actual road test. Does anybody have a clue as to what the coolant temp is supposed to be?

When engine is at full temp it idles rough and a bit low, this is probably related to the following codes.
P0300
P0301
P0303
P0305
P0306
These are misfires an cylinders 1,3,5,6. As I am new to the 5VZ world I am going to start with the usual tricks like looking at the plugs for evidence of fouling. Since its a junk yard motor it has a questionable history, should have inspected the plugs prior to installation.

I am not inclined to believe there is a problem with my wiring because the engine runs excellent, espically out on the road. Nice and smooth and it pulls much better than that old turd of a 3VZ.

I'm going to pull a few of those plugs now and see what I find.

Plugs in 1,3,5 all look exactly the same. Evidence...

Looks healthy to me.

I had that code and it drove me crazy trying to solve it. If you look at the troubleshooting tree, you'll see fuel pump there somewhere. That's what it ended up being for me. Don't ask me how that relates to coolant temps, but that's what it was. Kept running ok for awhile after the code showed up, but by the time I started to suspect fuel pressure and had it tested, it was running pretty rough. It was low! Replaced the fuel pump and never saw the code again. There are so many causes on that chart though. Definitely confirm fuel pressure rather than blindly changing the pump. Hope this helps

Well I think its time for a follow up. After 3 whole days of chasing wires, confirming that I wired the thing correctly I was at a loss. Then for no particular reason I was looking on toyomotorpart.com and noticed that my ECU was for a California Spec Vehicle. Not sure how one of these ended up with the engine that I bought.

Anyways to make a long story short, I have a Federal engine/wiring harness. I think that i'm getting this code because the California ECU is not receiving any signal from the Air Fuel Ratio Sensor, which of course I don't have since I have a FED engine.

I have had a hard time locating the correct ECU, but found one up in Canada, its on its way here. After I have installed it if the problem is gone I am going to chalk this one in the win column.
