blown fuse for the signal, perhaps? i don't recall if they share the same fuse or have separate fuses. i'm not qualified to even guess on your brakes, sorry.

I belive that they all 6 share one fuse, but the cabling splits up somewhere.. just don't know where the source for that split is, from there it would be possible to check one or two things.
I think the breaks are powered by vacume, but other than that I don't know.

Has noone any info on the wires and the brakes ? ?

I believe your brake booster is your problem for the brakes. If I remember correctly it pulls vacuum off the motor with creates more at higher RPM's. Not sure if there is a way to test it or not but it's worth a shot.
