Exclamation Spark Plugs

When I was looking to replace my spark plugs on my 97 Runner I noticed that the spark plug configuration is diffent from one side of the engine to the other. Is there anyway that I should go about doing this. And hints or tips on doing this. Thanks.

Have some nice socket extensions on hand, those plugs are down there a ways. Also use a tourqe wrench if you have one.
