Rear power window

The rear power window on my '93 4runner is starting to bog down on me. The window cannot move up or down when the switch is pushed or key is turned. It will only go up and down if i move it with my hand.

Any solutions?

yup, lots of em, all in other threads.. gotta learn to search...

you need to take apart your tailgate and grease the regulator, the 4runner tailgates are notorious for that rusting up and causing friction, also while your at it you might want to check inside the bottom of your tailgate for rust, leaves, water, etc...

*gets out the airplane spoon*

the regulator, like any window regulator is located inside the tailgate (or door) with the window. you should pick up a haynes or chilton manual, will have diagrams for your pleasure.
