Rear end grinding noise

I have a grinding noise coming from the rear end of my truck. It only happens at 54-56 miles per hour. The noise sounds like a train wheel grinding/sqeeling on the track. The diff fluid has been changed 10k ago ang the fluid level is fine. Anybody know what would cause this and if I should have it looked at?

Oh, 71,000 miles and I have never towed anything over 2k lbs, and only light off roading.
