Im ordering a new exhaust system pretty soon for my 89 4wd pickup, 22R-E including new cat. Should I replace the O2 sensor also?

If so, should I just get it from a parts store, dealership, aftermarket or what? How much are they?

If it's got more than about 60K miles on it, go ahead and replace it. Best place/price I found was Bob Bridge Toyota. Mine was just under $100.
